Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work at Pickleball Qube.

1. Event/Booking Cancellations

• Users may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will not be refunded.

2. Subscription Plans

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

• No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period after cancellation.

3. Organizer Cancellations

If an event is canceled by Pickleball Qube or a listed venue/organizer, a 100% refund will be processed automatically.

4. Refund Timelines

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. No-Shows

No refunds will be issued if a user does not attend the booked session or event without prior cancellation.
